Certified Athletic Therapist 

Natasha, a Certified Athletic Therapist CAT(C), holds her degree from the University of Winnipeg. With a diverse background in sports, she has worked with athletes in soccer, rugby, volleyball, track and field, and hockey. Her passion lies in working with individuals to enhance injury prevention, conduct injury assessments, and provide effective rehabilitation strategies. Natasha’s approach is grounded in the belief that each person is unique, and thus, their recovery goes beyond the clinic. She tailors rehabilitation programs to align with their lifestyles and goals, ensuring long-term success. In addition to her field and clinic work, Natasha serves as a patient partner with the DREAM (Diabetes Research Envisioned & Accomplished in Manitoba) Team. She is actively engaged in researching the relationship between physical activity and its impact on mental health, all while managing Type 1 Diabetes.
